(2) Low investment and quick results can be achieved by renting idle factory buildings, purchasing four wire drawing machines, and building a continuous phosphating line. The total investment is about 1.2 million yuan, with an annual output of 4000 tons, and the investment will be recovered in about two years.
(3) The advantages of technology, management, and market include the joining of engineers who have been engaged in technical and management work for many years and are familiar with the market. With the development of mechanical spring steel wire, multiple steel wire varieties can be developed; It is also easy to recruit skilled workers. In short, this advantage can greatly mitigate risks.
